Drop & Go/Curbside Drop Off is Saturday, March 16th and Sunday, March 17th from 10am-5pm each day. To sign up for this service, you must fill out the form and agree to the terms set. All items must be Pre-Labeled, separated by Gender, and entered into the database in Size Order. The size bundles must be secured together by zip ties, rubber bands, or bags to keep the sizes together. There are photo examples in the form. Drop & Go Consignors have chosen to let their items be sold at a discount and have chosen to mark their unsold items to be donated at the end of the sale. Drop Off is Free for Drop & Go Consignors. Curbside Consignors are charged a $15 fee, and do not have to mark their items to be discounted or for their items to be donated. Items dropped off during Drop & Go/Curbside are not guaranteed.
In Store Check In is open from 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM. on Monday, March 18th. Please sign up for a time that works best for your schedule. Please thoroughly check your items for quality BEFORE bringing them to the store. It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that all items be PRE-LABELED before coming to Check-In. Consignors whose items are Pre-Labeled will take preference over those who do not have their labels on their items. No consignor will be allowed to enter the building after 8PM, and all items must be out on the floor by 9PM. At that time you will be asked to leave and any items that are not out on the floor will have to be taken with you, and brought back during Restock
VIP Consigning is Full for this Event. This is a 2 step process. First, you must fill out the Google Form. Second, you must sign up on the Sign Up Genius. If you don't sign up on the sign up genius, you don't have a VIP Spot. If the Sign-Up Genius is full, we will keep those on the Google Form on a waiting list and will email the names in order as spots come open.
The deadline for submitting Consignor Referrals has passed. Thank you for referring your friends. Did you talk one or several of your friends into consigning with Rhea Lana's? Make sure you get credit! Refer 1 friend, you get your Consignor Fee waived! Refer 2 Friends, get 5% more of your sales! Refer 3 Friends, get 10% more of your sales! Click the sign up link to read the rules and details. Referred Consignors must not have ever registered for a Consignor ID, must consign at least 50 items, and must not be an immediate family member.
Rhea Lana's of Madison-Ridgeland Curbside Pick Up We are excited to offer Curbside Pick Up! On March 29th from 9am-11am you may pull up to the front of the sale location for curbside service. We'll bring your unsold items (if not donate all) to your car for you! Please note: Items will not be guaranteed if you choose this option. Sign Up is Closed. Please pick up your barcode labels at the event location. Pre-Labeling is STRONGLY ENCOURAGED for all Rhea Lana's Events. Save time in the store during Consignor Check-In and attach your barcode labels on your string tags BEFORE coming to Consignor Check-In. Depending on the number of items you have, this will literally SAVE YOU hours in our store! THE DEADLINE TO HAVE BARCODE LABELS MAILED TO YOU IS WEDNESDAY MARCH 6TH.
sIGN UP IS CLOSED. Please visit the event location to purchase consignor supplies. Enjoy the convenience of consignor supplies delivered right to your door!! Kit includes 250 (high quality) safety pins, 200 string tags, 50 zip ties and shipping! All for only $20! $20 Payment will be accepted through Sign-up Genius. Consignor Kits will be mailed on Tuesdays and Fridays of every week. To be mailed on Tuesday, orders and payments must be submitted by midnight on Monday. To be mailed on Friday, orders and payments must be submitted by midnight on Friday. NO CONSIGNOR KITS WILL BE MAILED AFTER WEDNESDAY, MARCH 6TH.
